Little Popples Pre-School is open from Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm.
Our Pre-school is situated in the heart of a village community and offers exceptional Early Years experience for children aged 2-4 years.
We are housed in the new Newton Poppleford Primary School buildings alongside the Reception Class and managed by the school governing body. There are many opportunities for the children to explore indoor and outdoor space providing play areas on site and within the school grounds. We are able to use the forest school, which we call 'Adventure Island' and have a designated time to use this. However, we also try to visit this on as many occasions as possible during the week, when it is free.
For more information about ‘Adventure Island’, please follow this link.
For PE, we use the new main hall but also the field when conditions are suitable. These sessions and our partnership with the school support children’s transition into the reception class.
As a setting we successfully work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that all children have a relevant and high-quality curriculum built upon their strengths and interests, respecting individuality and celebrating achievement.
We have an experienced team of qualified practitioners ensuring a high standard of care and dedication to the development of your child.
