With no referral’s or waiting lists Kooth can be accessed on any web enabled device 24 hours a day with counselling support from 12pm-10pm weekdays and 6pm-10pm on weekends.
They are the UK’s leading online mental health platform. Their mission is to provide accessible and safe spaces for everyone to achieve better mental health.
